People on FB had been talking about
this little Gem of a Cafe....
It looked and sounded like my
kind of place so my husband and I
took a ride last Saturday.
We arrived at this old Main Street building in Housatonic , Ma.
which is part of Great Barrington in The Berkshires of Massachusettes.
The Western part of the state just about on New York's border.
As soon as I walked in the door I was in love with this
little place. I loved the old eclectic decor with stuff to look
at everywhere.
It was so quaint and relaxing .....
And just look at their food ......
Just delicious ......
They served us complimentary Hot Chocolates
at the end of our meal.....
I barely had room for this but I sipped at
it and it was delicious just like
everything else.
Mmm..mm m m mm mm.........
I loved every inch of this little place and walked around
exploring and taking pictures.
Quirky little things here and there .....
All tables set with fresh lilacs and other spring flowers ....
Old things .....
After eating we took a peek at the little
outdoor garden .....
And Gazebo .......
This gazebo was a work of art with
it's drift wood , curly vines , plants,
and stained glass......
I was tring to take in all of the neat details
so I could transform my own pergola
at home ......
Little JOYS everywhere .....
Just my thing ......
Me ....Thinking of how
I can re-create all of this .....
Worth the trip and
we will definitely go
back !

Oh my goodness, that sounds like a DARLING place! I will have to check it out. Your photographs were also wonderful. They depicted perfectly the Pleasant and Main Cafe and General Store. Did you have to drive far to go there? I am a blogger, too, and I'm in western Massachusetts. Love your blog! Susan
