Happy Thanksgiving From My Dollhouse To Yours

Nana & Grampa didn't care that
they had not yet finished off the rooms
in their new farmhouse,they wanted
to gather friends and family
for Thanksgiving anyway.
They relaxed in the living room
visiting with each other and grampa
enjoyed feeding his grandson.
The two younger girls played with
their dolls.
Their two daughters and their husbands &
children all made it . They also extended
an invitation to a few of their neighbors
who would otherwise have been alone.
Nana happily played her piano for
the ladies as her grand children
played with their toys.
The dining room table is just full
of all the yummy desserts that
everyone brought.
Dinner was delicious & there
is still turkey left for sandwhiches
later on.
It's been a wonderful
Thanksgiving day.

A Goodwill Find !

I've always loved my little
trinket dish I have in my bathroom
with this same little cherub and fish.
I was so happy to spot this soap
dish with the same little charming
features. You never know when or
where you'll find your little
treasures !

A Treat For My Visitors

The weather has been so mild this

month , my pansies are still in bloom!

My pumpkins did not freeze either

so I've had visitors come on sunny

mornings and munch on this one.

What a treat for them!

My Bath

My collection of beachy framed prints
and vintage photos.

These two " his & hers " towel holders were

what I really wanted to show off. I

found them at and estate sale and paid

about .50 cents each. Not bad for vintage

towel holders that come from Jeruselam.

I love them and they are perfect for my

old bath room.

My yummy home made soaps I
got from my friend on Etsy.
She makes the best soap &
her link is on my sidebar.

I love this little sea person riding
the fish. It's my favorite little
trinket dish.

Pretty delicate lavender garland
above my window.

Beautiful shell trimmed lace curtains
that I just had to have.

Creepy Santa

Did you ever buy something
just to find out later that it gives
you the creeps???
I bought this old Santa at a tag
sale to resell in one of my shops.
I brought him home and sat him
in one of my kitchen chairs and
then every time I turned around
toward him he was looking at me!
No matter where I went in the
room , if I looked at him he was
still looking at me. I have to
find a different home for this
guy fast! I also think he runs
around the house when I'm
not home !!
