"Froggie" Went Missing !

This is the last picture ever taken of "Froggie"

As much as I can't stand that saying " went
missing" , it just doesn't seem grammatically
correct to me , I must sadly report that I haven't
seen "Froggie" in a few weeks now . I still keep
checking the pond every day to see if he came home.
I really miss him in my pond . To be honest I have
never ever been a big fan of frogs but this one I got
used to . He just used to do his own thing . He wouldn't
sneak up on me or anything . He did kind of have a habit
of staring at me but I got used to that . I'm thinking he either
got lonely for other frog company or he met some terrible
fate . I choose to think that after 2 years of being with us he
just felt like he missed his own kind . I'm hoping that one
day he will just show up at my little pond with his wife &
five kids & they will all live happily ever after in my
Home Sweet Home & Tranquil Garden . :o)

Hi, I just found your blog at Edie Marie's Attic. I had frogs in my little pond, too. Even though they aren't my favorite amphibian (or whatever they are), I did like to count how many I had -- I named the largest one Kermit and talked to him sometimes. This year I haven't seen any. I think there is one there, but I haven't seen him. Aren't we silly?

Maybe he just took a vacation. I think little creatures like to go do different things like we do. I hope he comes back soon for you. I don't think it's silly at all to love God's creatures. I kept thinking about your screened in house in the yard. What a wonderful getaway! I love your blog and will be visiting often.

Hi Sue!
I think he's just on his honeymoon with the little wife. Soon he will return with the little woman... I mean frogette and then you'll see some little polliwogs in the pond one day, Franny, Franky, Febbie, Frenchy and Findlay. ( Froggie and Fanchesca had a thing about names that started with "F"s.) At times Freddie, our frog, seems to be missing but always returns. I think he has little rendezvous, since he never brings anyone home to meet us.... The End.
Hugs, Sherry

Oh no! He is fine. He decided to come to CA to celebrate the 4th of July and said he will be home soon.

Hugs,
