Bleeding Hearts

This is the plant that my husband always refers to as the
plant with the little parachutes. I personally don't see them
looking like" parachutes", but to me they are a most delicate
and detailed flower . I think they are very eye catching and
serene looking.Posted by Picasa

Hi Sue,

I love this flower too. I like how everyone sees something different when they look at them. I always think of a tragic love story when I see them, maybe Romeo and Juliet lol?

Thanks for visiting my blog... wow are you ever blessed to have a hubby who is wonderful AND shares your passion for estate sales!

Happy blogging!

I think I can see what your husband is saying looks like parachutes. It's the kind of chute that has 2 "poofs" to it and they have cords to steer it. The white part is the little man/woman hanging on for dear life!
Aside from that... I love bleeding heart. I think it is such a romantic flower!
