Happy Spring .... My Favorite season !!

There are so many things I love about spring . I love waking up to sunny mornings and hearing the happy sounds of birds all over my yard . I love seeing things sprouting out of the ground , budding trees , things turning green . My crocuses are popping open . My two koi in my pond are venturing out of thier cave after their long silent winter of being in their own little world . I see bird couples that are busy going from house to house in my yard looking for the perfect place to lay their eggs . Birds are calling to each other , sqirrels are running around with thier own busy agenda . The lady bugs are out & I saw one cold woolybear caterpillar curled up on my lawn this morning . Soon ...... each day will become warmer and new life will begin . Happy Spring .

My Doll House World ..... continued :o)

All of these rooms are only partially done . I've really just been jumping around from room to room doing bits and pieces of whatever I wanted to see . More painting , papering , trims , curtains and details to come .

Suzeee's Dollhouse World

As long as I can remember
I've always loved dollhouses . I was so excited the day I found this at a tagsale on the side of the road . I've always wanted to decorate the inside of one
and create a little imaginary world . This house that I found was completely
built except for the shingles on the back of the roof . The inside of the house
was untouched and I was happy about that . With the purchase of the house it
also came with a room addition , some furniture , and a few miniature objects to
get me started . I couldn't wait to get it home and get set up so I could create
my "dollhouse world ". I've had fun picking out wallpaper and miniatures and
have started some of the rooms . I still have a long way to go before I finish
and I'm looking forward to the hunt for miniatures . Of course I also need to be
on the lookout for a family to live in my house . At this time the dog ,cat,
rabbit and baby are all living on their own . In my tag sale travels I will be
keeping my eyes open for a second house. I think I may want to create a little
neighborhood . Maybe I will just keep going
